At EPRUM we make handcrafted products with care and dedication. Our goal is for every order to arrive in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.

Destinations and delivery times

We ship within Bolivia and to international destinations. Available destinations and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, and each country's customs procedures. Estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout, before you confirm your order. They depend on the destination and the weight of the package.

Processing and tracking

Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order. When tracking is available, you will receive the corresponding information to follow your shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is correct before confirming your purchase. If you need to correct it, write to us as soon as possible: once the order has been dispatched it may no longer be possible to change it.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to modify it after it has been dispatched.

Delays, loss and damage

Although we work with reliable carriers, EPRUM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather conditions, social unrest, or other situations beyond our control.

If your order is lost, arrives damaged or is delayed, write to us at eprum.kids@gmail.com and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.

Split shipments

Items from the same order may be shipped separately. In that case, each shipment may have its own tracking information.

International shipping: taxes and duties

Prices and shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. If they do apply, these charges are the customer's responsibility upon receiving the order.

Each country applies its own customs rules, and many set a minimum threshold below which nothing is charged. For that reason we cannot anticipate whether your order will incur charges, or how much they would be. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order.

Orders shipped within Bolivia are not subject to these charges: the price you see already includes the applicable taxes.
